Xiaomi’s concept pair of smart glasses is made of carbon fiber and magnesium-lithium alloy, which only weighs around 126 g. The Xiaomi Wireless AR Glasses Discovery Edition is powered by the Snapdragon Spaces XR Developer Platform and has a retina-level adaptive display that makes use of distributed computing. When paired with a smartphone, the device has as low as 50 ms of latency and 1200 nits of brightness on each eye. The content is delivered to the eye by the free-form light-guiding prism setup incorporated on the two Micro-OLED screens. The micro gesture interaction in the AR glasses is a self-developed module by the company that provides seamless operation and precise controls. Depending on the environment, the electrochromic lenses on the AR glasses change color to adapt to the various lighting conditions, while the transparent mode and blackout mode combine virtual elements and reality for an immersive experience.

Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro

The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro dawns a classic look with a sleek design, and has a 1.47 in AMOLED display. Weighing only 48.5 g, the smartwatch has a great build quality with a stainless steel frame and a sapphire crystal front. With a whopping brightness of 600 nits, the watch runs on MIUI Watch OS, which is clean and fast. The rotating crown and the thin bezels further add chic to the overall look of the watch. The Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro is equipped with more than 100 fitness modes, and its battery has enough juice to last for around 2 weeks with a single charge. Available in Black and Silver colors, the smartwatch also has WiFi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2. The 5 ATM waterproof rating and the availability of wireless charging further make the Xiaomi Watch S1 Pro enticing to the audience.

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra

There is no doubt that EVs are the future of commuting. But not everyone has the ability to buy electric cars. The next best thing for them is to get a hold of an electric bike. Xiaomi introduced at the MWC 2023 the Electric Scooter 4 Ultra, which can go up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h and has a maximum power of 940 W. To avoid jolts on a bumpy road, both wheels are equipped with a dual suspension system. You also do not have to worry about flat tires, as the DuraGel Tire has the ability to self-repair. The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Ultra can travel 70 km on the road on a full charge, which takes 6.5 hours with the 124 W high-power adapter. The scooter can withstand weights of up to 120 kg and has an IP55 rating for splash and dust resistance.

Not only new devices, but Xiaomi also introduced its new operating system, MIUI 14, which will sit on Android 13 and bring new features and maximize optimization abilities. With a minimalist layout, Xiaomi is trying to provide a more modern and revamped user interface for an enhanced user experience. From redesigned widgets to super icons, MIUI 14 will bring a slew of changes, and the company also promised that it will be light compared to its predecessors.

Though Xiaomi was not present at CES 2023, but it surely showed its prowess at MWC 2023. The 13 Series, along with the accessories it presented, is surely going to make waves in the tech market. Some of these products were already launched in the Chinese market in 2022. But their introduction at the Mobile World Congress 2023 marks the availability of these products on a global scale.
