Frogman is a movie about beliefs and creatures on the planet. It will creep you out, but even in a lot of places, such things exist, and nobody has ever discovered them. Lizzie and Dallas are two siblings in Loveland who think they saw a frogman as a child. The movie starts with a man named Dallas, who is telling us about a frogman in the form of jingles. Dallas is having his breakfast and talking to his brother-in-law. Dallas used to stay with his sister Lizzie and her boyfriend. He has been asked to move out politely. Dallas is obsessed with making vlogs, it seems. Dallas is upset because people think that his theory of Frogman is fake. Dallas is on time to collect evidence for the fact that Frogman exists and is real. He asks his friend, Scotty, to help him shoot his videos. Scotty says that he is employed now and that he cannot help Dallas. He also informs Dallas about his best friend, Amy. She is throwing a going-away party as she is moving to LA. Scotty takes Dallas to Amy’s party, where they have a pretty awkward meet-up. Scotty goes around drinking while Dallas is having this conversation with Amy. He tells her about his movie about Frogman. And Scotty also agrees to shoot it for Dallas. Scotty and Dallas also convince Amy to be a part of Dallas’s movie.
How Are Amy And Scotty Going To Contribute To The Movie?
The next morning, Dallas is all set to leave. Lizzie tries to tell him that she gets it, but maybe it is not worth it. She lets him go and asks him to be careful. Scotty and Amy are excited too. Amy, Scotty, and Dallas are planning how to approach this documentary. They decide to stop on their way to buy some new clothes. Dallas has decided to interview people. He wants to start with George Hale. The trip has brought a lot of memories for three of them. Amy and Dallas have regained their lost friendship. They talk about Dallas’s failed relationship and a lot of other complicated stuff between them.
They have reached Loveland, and Amy could not be any more excited. They are exploring the streets of Loveland and eating ice cream. Dallas starts to flirt around with the ice cream lady, and it turns out pretty well. They seem to be enjoying a lot of the journey of finding this frogman. The three are going around places and recording all of it for their documentary. They end up meeting Gretel, and they are all set to see the frogman. They are enjoying the night before they see the frogman. They go through their last shoot’s clips and get nostalgic. Scotty is talking to Amy about her one-night stand with Dallas. Scotty feels like they both belong together.
The next day, Scotty and Amy go around the town to ask people if they believe in Frogman. Not even a single guy replies that they don’t. But Dallas feels that he should take over and ask people real questions about Frogman. Several opinions are coming from different people. They hunt down a shop that sells all the goodies related to Frogman. There seem to be a lot of people who are obsessed with frogs and sound a little crazy.
Does Frogman Even Exist?
Dallas and Amy are making their own theories about the Frogman. They enter the area, and they try to look for the frogman. It is almost near sunset, and it is getting dark when they hear some noise from the trees. Amy and Scotty have been calling out Dallas, but he is not visible. Suddenly, Dallas appears, and they start looking for the frogman. Amy sees a glimpse of something, and it is a frogman. Dallas takes the camera and runs to catch the actual picture of Frogman. When he goes near it, it turns out it is a person dressed as a frogman. He tells Dallas that they do it to attract tourists, and there is no such thing as a frogman. Dallas goes and confronts Gretel, and she tells them to just leave the town. Dallas still feels that what he saw as a child was a real frogman.
Dallas and the group have decided to go and meet George Hale. When suddenly the police pulled over and asked them questions, They have asked three of them to leave the town immediately. Dallas is firm about talking to George Hale. Dallas goes inside to talk to George and asks him for an interview. George allows him to take his interview and gives me all the details on how he can reach the frogman.
Dallas is keen on doing this and finding the frogman. Amy and Scotter are being very supportive. They are on their way to find the frogman in the middle of the night. It sounds and looks very scary, but they need to keep recording. They come across a lot of caves and hear the hear the sounds of frogs around them.
Will Dallas Spot A Frogman?
Dallas feels everything is related to Frogman in the forest. He is being crazy. He finds a spot and decides to set up camp. Amy is mad because they are stuck in the middle of the night in the forest. Scotty and Dallas are having a conversation about Amy and his one-night stand. Scotty is taking a catnap and giving some space to Amy and Dallas. Dallas decides to try out the flute he brought, which says that it attracts the Frogman to you.
Dallas found the footprints of a frogman, and he asked Scotty to record them immediately. Scotty gets mad at Dallas and roams around while Dallas is following him. Once they come back to the camp, they notice the slime from the tree. It turns out the frogman is true, and he was near them. Dallas and Scotty are trying to find Amy. Amy is standing in one position like a ghost and screams when they both try to wake her up. Amy thinks somebody called her name, and she thinks it has been only a minute, but it has been an hour since Amy was gone.
The three are together in the same place, and they hear a sound near them. They feel like they have reached Forgman. They run towards the sound, but the power of Frogman is causing telekinetic interference. They saw a glimpse of Frogman, but the tape on the camera was full and Amy’s phone was at 1%. They don’t feel like they will be able to capture the frogman.
Is Frogman Going To Attack Them?
Dallas does not have a plan, but he wants to catch the frogman. Amy’s phone has died, and there is complete darkness around them. The Frogman is right behind Amy and Dallas. Amy screams, and there is an abrupt video caught on the camera. Scotty manages to get a few glimpses of Frogman. Scotty gets attacked by the Forgman while filming him. They manage to get in their car, but the frogman also attacks it.
Dallas gets emotional as they encounter the Frogman and also manage to make it out alive. Once they are back at the hotel, Scotty sees some patches all over his body. Dallas is still not over this. He hears some sound coming from the caves, and he decides to give it a shot.
Is There More To The Story Than Just The Frogman?
He takes Scotty with him, while Amy refuses to come. They enter the caves. Scotty seems to be worried about the patches on his body. But he continues to support Dallas. They go inside, and they seem to be a cult performing some ritual on a lady. They allow the frogman to take a girl with him and make love to give birth to more frogmans. Gretel was the main part of it. It turns out George was there to end it completely, but they noticed Dallas and Scotty.
They manage to run and meet Amy in the middle. They decide to hide somewhere. They find these balls covered with the mucus of Frogman, with women inside them. They find George’s granddaughter inside one of them, and she is pregnant. She gives birth to a baby who looks like a frogman. As soon as they look at Scotty, he is also turning into a frogman. Dallas and Amy decide to get out of there and find a safe place. Dallas confesses to Amy immediately that he loves her. Amy is about to speak when she hears the sound she heard in the forest. Meanwhile, Dallas is processing everything; the frogman has Amy wrapped around his tongue. Dallas manages to scare the frogman and get Amy from him. He luckily finds George, and he asks Dallas and Amy to follow him.
Did People Actually Worship Frogman?
They finally see a town, and Amy breaks down in tears and asks Dallas to stop all of this. They could have lost lives, not to mention Scotty. The ending of the movie is that the authorities did not take the movie seriously. Scotty was termed a missing person. Amy lives in LA and has not spoken to Dallas for over a year now. Dallas has proved to the world that Frogman exists. People worshipped that creature most horribly.
