‘Achha Sila Diya’ Everything You Need To Know About T-Series Song Starring Rajkumar Rao And Nora Fatehi

Sometimes sunny, sometimes cloudy, sometimes lively, and otherwise mournful— whether you agree or not, but this is how our playlist looks. Deep down, we are all played by our own emotions, and lyrics that express our profound feelings always hit differently. The song “Achha Sila Diya” was dropped on January 19 on the T-Series’ official YouTube channel, with an appealing cast and crew in place. Nora Fatehi and Rajkumar Rao are seen on screen for the very first time in a single. The track is overloaded with drama, pain, anger, and heartbreak. The melancholic hymn is something you can play on a loop—a fervent creation by B. Praak with his phenomenal voice. The heartfelt lyrics and dialogues are sufficient to grab the attention of listeners. B. Praak has done justice to the track by placing his emotions in the right places; the amount of authenticity in his voice completes the weight of the lyrics. The song has crossed more than 3 million views in just 8 hours since its release.

Music Video Breakdown

It has been into fashionable to use oldies by filling them up with lots of metaphors and imaginations and fabricating a new version with digital implementations. Isn’t it a smart move to make a short video with a track in it rather than featuring the same thing over the course of a movie for three long hours? The fashion is totally on trend with the release of “Achha Sila Diya,” led by Nora Fatehi and Rajkumar Rao. The music video depicts Rajkummar Rao, who remains alive after a deadly car crash and returns home to take vengeance on his wife, Nora Fatehi, who believes Rajkumar is expired. Nora, with the help of her present boyfriend, Aakash, plotted the murder of Rajkumar to seize his property. The actor, with contusions, enters his funeral and throws away the wreath from his photograph; the scene shows the ultimate rage Rajkumar is feeling within him. He comes out of the ceremony, blackmails both of them, and holds them captive in the car at gunpoint. In the final scene, Rajkumar and his culprits are seen on the outskirts of the town. However, when Nora starts begging in front of him for forgiveness, the hero changes his mind and slinks away. Like for loving someone, one glance is just enough, and so is for hatred; it takes only a second, a moment, to wipe out all the grudges if and only if you are devoted to the person. From a lover’s standpoint, what seems like a drama to us is no less than a battle for Rajkumar, which he survived.

Nora Fatehi, in her gorgeous black gown, is swaying with her flawless steps. Nora ends up playing her role exceptionally well with her expressions: one is the prettiest, softest-spoken lady madly in love with Rajkumar, and another is where she takes out her demonic powers while beating up Rao. Her two contradictory types of characters are totally on point to catch the interest of fans everywhere. Talking about Rajkumar,he did his best with his aggressive yet impassioned look throughout the melodrama.

Cast

After the performance in the most streamed song, “Kamariya” from “Stree” (2018), Rajkumar Rao and Nora Fatehi are back on the screen with their direct involvement in “Achha Sila Diya.” Rajkumar Rao has risen to the heights of Bollywood solely through his acting skills. He always signs up for content-driven films such as “Badhaai Do” (2022), “Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana” (2017), “Bareilly Ki Barfi” (2017), “Newton” (2017), “Ludo” (2020), “The White Tiger” (2021), and so on. Recently, the suspense thriller “HIT: The First Case” (2022) got released on Netflix, where Rajkumar played the role of a successful police officer (Vikram) in the Homicide Intervention Team. The lead actress in the music is Nora Fatehi, the Canadian model known globally for her amazing dance moves in the Indian film industry. She performed in various Hindi superhit item songs like “O Saki Saki” (“Batla House”), “Slow Motion” (“Bharat”), “Ek Toh Kum Zindagani” (“Marjaavaan”), “Jehda Nasha,” and many more. Aakash Ahuja, the Indian television actor, will play the role of Nora’s lover in the video.

Music Production

“Achha Sila Diya” is a presentation of Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, the largest film and music production company in the Bollywood industry, with millions of subscribers on its YouTube channel. It is produced by Bhusan Kumar. Pratik Bachan, popularly known as B Praak, is both the composer and singer of this song. The lyrics were penned down by the top-rated songwriter Jaani. B. Praak and Jaani are an outstanding duo for vocals and verses like we experienced in “MAZAA,” “Duniya,” “Mann Bharrya,” etc. When it comes to the making of the video, Arvindr Khaira’s direction is simply outstanding. He has mainly worked for Punjabi music and film production houses. Rajit Dev deserves a big applause for his choreography. “Achha Sila Diya” is the remake of the classic sung by Sonu Nigam in “Bewafa Sanam,” a 1995 film by Gulshan Kumar, starring Krishan Kumar and Shilpa Shirodkar. You will be amazed to know that behind the original track “Achha Sila Diya Tune Mere Pyaar Ka” was the quintessential Pakistani Qawwalist Attaullah Khan, famous as “Esakhelvi.” The Bollywood industry has given the evergreen song a new touch with a modern perspective on love and betrayal. Other than YouTube, the full song is now available on Spotify, JioSaavn, Apple Music, Hungama, Wynk, Amazon Prime Music, and several other platforms.
